A. 3-Position Snatch (High hang, above knee, below knee), build to a tough set *Video from 45 degree only  ***solid last week.  Try to keep chest more vertical in the high hang position, it’s pretty awkward at first but if you dial it in, it will pay off.  Other than that, positions look great
B. 2 Clean Pulls + Hang Squat Clean + Split Jerk, build to a tough set, -5, -10% for 1 set each
C. Pendlay Row @ 40X1, 6-8 reps x 5, rest 2 min
D. Bar-Dips @ 10X1 tempo, AMRAP Unbroken at tempo x 5, rest 60 sec

A. Worked up to 205# - tried to keep chest up on these 

B. Worked up to 295# - Felt slow on the jerk.

Below are the workouts. The only one I cared about was the thruster-ish wod. I hit 310 squat clean into a no pause at shoulders split jerk.

Woke up with a huge soreness in my neck and back. Tried to roll it out, but wasnt feeling 100% . Today for me was mostly about just doing something. Need a rest day.

C. Done @ 53#.  These sucked. I went to 8reps/legs after the first set. It wasn't my lrgs that bothered me it was holding the KB in front rack.

B. Worked up to 245#, Then dropped 10# and did a set, dropped another 20# and did a set.
C. Done @135# Those felt good.
D. 39 goal was 50. Did sets of 5 throw 25 and then 2s and 3s.

7 rounds - I was in a lot of pain during this one. My lower back from Mondays box step ups was on fire. Afterwards I couldn't hinge at the hips. Felt like I had a softball in my back.

A. Done. Pull ups done @ 35#. They got hard towards the end. Had a little kip. 
B. Worked up to 265#. Couldn't breathe. 
C. Done @ 135# to 24" box. This was very tough. Destroyed my lower back.

B. #245 - Felt ok. Above the knee was the hardest part for me. Jerk was easy.
