20 Wall Ball, 20#

rest 60 sec b/w sets

A. 185/205/225/245/265#
B. Done - Did 4 MUs for the first 5rounds and then switched to 3. All lunges done.
C. 2:20/2:24/2:48/3:19 - It was high effort but not very consistent at all.
