B. Done at 295# - that got a little tough.

C. 1:52/1:52/1:58/1:57/1:53
-Thrusters felt easy. Air bike hurt.

Practiced getting into a deep dip and then worked some Russian dips. Then went and got 2 strict muscle ups. Really excited about that!
