A. Push Press @ 30X3, build to 1RM
B. Muscle Ups @ 30 reps for time:

A. Hit 215# but wasn't doing it correctly...
B. 5:50 3min PR!! Getting there... did sets of 2 all the way.
C. 2:50 - Did 11 unbroken and then sets of 3 and 2. My quads were on fire!
