A. 2 Snatch Pulls + Power Snatch + Snatch, build to max set, -5% and -10% for a set *straps are ok
B. Power Clean + Hang Power Clean + Hang Clean, build to max set *drop cleans from top, Not TNG

1st- Power Clean + 4 Lunges/leg + 2 Front Squats @ 225#
2nd- 4 Muscle Ups
A. 195# - drop sets at 155#
B. 265#
C. First 2 rounds done RX and then went to 6 lunges, 2 FS and 3MUs. Also took 1min rest in the first 10min and 1 min rest in the 2nd 10min. Really want to complete this RX. Lunges got real hard to stay stable.
