Still wasn't feeling 100% I think Im coming down with a cold, but hit this one anyways.
First set I was trying to focus on my breathing and lost count of reps on thrusters. I did 30 thrusters. Also lost count on burpees and did one extra burpee. Box jumps felt uncomfortable. not used to rebounding.
